We strive to get your order to you within 7-10 working days. Some pre-order items may take a little longer, but we'll keep you informed throughout the process. All orders will be sent via Royal Mail.

RETURNS

If you have an issue with your order once you've received it, please send us an email at [email protected] or fill in the contact form. We will advise you on what to do. 

We do accept returns (unless specified) within 14 days, providing the item is unworn. We suggest returning the item using a tracked service, as it is your responsibility until it arrives back with us.  Replacements may be available but not guaranteed. Refunds can take up to 5 working days, depending on your bank.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
